Cancellation & Refund Policy
We follow a no-cancellation, no-refund policy once the course or service has been accessed or activated. However, under exceptional circumstances such as duplicate transactions or failed payments where the amount is debited but service is not delivered, we will initiate a refund within 7–10 working days after verification.
