Who we are

The COA Quiz app is published by Creative Computer Education (CCE India). It provides practice quizzes for the Computer on Office Automation (COA) course.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number and email address, which you give us when you register.

Your quiz attempts — which questions you answered, what you chose and your scores — so you can see your progress and continue where you left off.

Your purchase history, if you buy full access: the transaction reference, the amount, and whether it succeeded.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, files, calendar, SMS, call logs, installed apps, or any device or advertising identifier.

The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics.

Why we collect it

Your mobile number identifies your account and receives the one-time code used to sign in.

Your email is an alternative way to receive that code and to contact you about your account.

Your quiz attempts exist to show you your own progress.

Payments

If you buy full access, the payment is handled by our payment provider (PayU or PhonePe). Your card or UPI details are entered on their secure page and are never seen or stored by this app.

We keep only the transaction reference, the amount and whether it succeeded.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than the payment provider described above, and only for the purpose of taking a payment you asked us to take. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your access is revoked and your personal details are removed.

Records we are required to keep for accounting, such as payment references, are retained as the law requires.

Security

Traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS.

Sign-in tokens are stored in the app’s private storage and are excluded from device backup and device-to-device transfer.

Children

The app is intended for students enrolled on the COA course and is not directed at children under 13.

Delete your account

From inside the app

Open the COA Quiz app and go to Profile → Delete account, then confirm. This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email veeracreative@gmail.com from the address on your account, or include your registered mobile number, and ask us to delete it. We will action the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your name, email address and mobile number are removed, and your sign-in is disabled so the account can no longer be used.

Records we are legally required to retain — payment references and accounting entries — are kept as the law requires. They are no longer linked to your contact details.

Students registered by a study centre

If a CCE study centre registered you, the account also holds your course enrolment, fees and attendance, which the centre is required to keep. The app will ask you to contact your study centre, and they can close it for you. This is not an error — it is why the app declines to delete those accounts itself.
