COA exam FAQ

Yes. CCE India runs a hybrid learning system — students across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry can attend live online classes and access step-by-step practical videos, while local students get full lab access at our branches.
Is the CCE certification valid for government exams in Tamil Nadu?
Our programmes systematically prepare you for the official Technical Examinations conducted by DOTE / TNGTE, which are required for government technical administrative posts.
What is the eligibility for the COA exam?
A pass in the Higher Secondary Course (10+2) or an SSLC pass combined with a Junior Grade Technical Examination Certificate in Typewriting.
How long does the COA course take?
Our standard COA programme runs 14 weeks (~3.5 months) covering 100 contact hours plus weekly mock evaluations.
Which office suite is required — MS Office or LibreOffice?
The COA practical exam covers both. CCE training spends roughly 60% on MS Office and 40% on LibreOffice / OpenOffice so you can confidently answer either type of question.
